End of the year

Hello people of the internet, today is Monday may the 30th and I have been in summer vacation for 3 days now. I haven't updated this blog in quiet a long time so this means that I have a lot to say this time around.

This year was by far my best year of high school, and I will miss some moment of it. I did not go to any party or made many friends, but it still ended up being great. One surprise this junior year was the wrestling team. I had decided to join another sport in addition of soccer during my sophomore year, but I did not have a clue of what it would but that it had to be a first semester sport as soccer was during the second semester.

My algebra II teacher which was the wrestling coach kind of pushed into wrestling by talking about it everyday during the first half of the second semester. So when it came time to sign up I did and I never looked back. I became the 130 pound weight class varsity wrestler. Now that the season is over I can't wait until it start again. It makes me wish I had done it earlier during my freshmen year. I am planning on getting wrestling lesson this summer and start lifting weight cause I am not were

I should be muscle wise.
Another reason why I am going to miss this year is because of soccer. This year was our best yet. We actually made to the state play-off before playing and loosing our worst game ever in the first round which sucked. Ten out of twenty players in the team were seniors, and they are leaving this year. They were cool guys that I am going to miss. One of them is my best friend which makes it suck even more. OH well its only one more year, shouldn't be that hard.

While we are talking college shall we get on the subject of my SAT score. As you may know I took the SAT about a week a ago. I got my results and they are not good at all.
critical reading:590
math:490
writing:510
multiple choice:54
essay:6
What you see adds up to 1650/2400 which is a very average score. This means that I flunked the SAt the first time I took it. Of course I had some excuses for it like not studying and not knowing what the crap to do for like ten minutes. I was sitting there confused looking at people using their calculator when the section I was on was a reading section. I thought I had a wrong test, but later found out that they give different tests. I am taking it again and I do not plan on studying before the day I have to take it.

Another say about college; Well my junior year ended and now its time to start getting down and dirty with this college choice thing. I pretty much have decided where I would like to go and where I will be able to go. State colleges have started to send me applications to their schools. Even though I would like to send applications as soon I as can I will need to clear up that SAT score. No one knows what you have to get on the new SAT to get accepted into colleges so it is kinda hard to set up a goal. However I am probably sure that an 1800 should be enough to get by just fine.

Now that I have 24 hours free everyday I find it hard to fill up my days. I am really set on finding a job. Apart from doing school news paper stuff and wrestling practice I wont have much to do and I hope that a job would fill in the gaps.
Well that's it I have no more t say, see yall later.

25 hours before the SAT

Ok I will be taking the most important test of my secondary school life, and probably the most important of my entire life in about 25 hours. So what should someone who is taking a big test do 24 hours before it? Maybe study, rest. Naa none of that. I am surfing the net and watching MTV.

Unorganized thoughts

So I'm here at school surfing the net. I am trying to find some interesting blogs to read. I going for the graphic design artist, web designer type blogs. I should use this free time to study a little for the SAT, but I wont. I am taking the new SAT. A friend who took it back in march received his results and got a 1900. So I am thinking that it is no big deal. I should be able to come out of it with a 2000-2100. I kind of need to score high on it if I want to get into Georgia Tech. I haven't taken any AP classes to make up for the lack of bad standardized test score.

I have been reading web designer's blogs for the past week and reading those blogs has made me want to get a MAC really bad. They look great and are just so appealing. The only thing that is keeping me away from buying is probably the fact that I am a poor high school student.

Seriously I wont need money for college since it will be all payed for so as soon as I get a job I will go on a shopping spree, powerbooks, ipods, laptops,LCD screens. Seriously I am one year away from college and I am planning to get ready for it.

Anyways this is a really bad article, unorganised and speedy. But oh well...

Test frenzy

So as the school year close to its end so come the finals. This year is worse than ever. Because the majority of students in this state have not learned a darn thing since they started school 12-10 years ago. We all now have to take this end of course tests to prove that we indeed have basic understanding of our classes.

I am taking the end of course test in two classes; American literature and American history. Today I took the literature test. It was challenging, but only because I did not study which I thought I did not need to. I am pretty sure that I passed even though I had to guess the last 10 or so questions, not because the test was that hard, but because I am a really slow test taker. I had the option of staying after school to finish, but 10 questions were not worth the time that I would have to wait to get home.

I think my history test is later this week. I should ace this one without studying seeing how for some reason I have a gift for mastering history. Next week we will start studying for the final exams. I can't wait until its all done. After that I am going to get a job for the summer and work my ass off. I mean seriously I am one year away from college and I haven't saved shit.

I am planning to go to college instate and benefit from the state's scholarship so I won't be needing much money for my tuition which will be fully payed for. However I will need money for those 2 computers that I am planning to buy for college. Anyways I will stop here because I want to keep some for later articles.

Also I am taking the SAT this weekend wish me luck!
