I won a ticket to the football game

Today I won a ticket to any football game in the county. The school was giving tickets to those who have been following the school's dress code. I do not know how I got nominated because I don't believe that I have been following the dress code. I have been wearing flip flops all week and it seems like the teacher who nominated me did not see me wearing them. Anyways I bet a couple of jokes were thrown like "of course he is the guy that wears baby gap shirts." My school is overly black so wearing shirts that are not 5 times larger than your normal size is considered tabu. I probably won't go to any football games though. It is not that I dislike the game its just that it is not my thing.

Hot chicks

So I have been wanting to write about this for a while now. I am posting about hot girls, yes the one that everyone drools to. I mean it is kind of pathetic but who cares its the internet. So I was sitting in class not paying attention to what the teacher was saying. My eyes were fixed on this one chick that is extremely beautiful. I mean she is the kind of girl that armies of men fought over thousands of years ago. I look at this chick and then I say to myself "dude life sucks". Nature did not see it fit for me to get an awesome figure or the ability to put two words together when talking to girls. I say to myself "damn it man, life sucks hard".

Why can't I be the smooth guy that gets the chick? Why can't I be the dude with which all the females want to go out with? Why am I so fucking shy? I do not seek to be someone else, I am just asking why God did not see it worthwhile to give me some of those capabilities. I am ok though I know that I have something special, I know that I am special and that I would not want to be changed. These are just the rants of a lonely guy who sometimes feels like he has been cheated on by life.

Had a bad day!

Today kind of sucked. I am ready to move on, I am tired of high school. I need to get away from those people and experience new things. I can not wait until I get to college, I am tired of this immaturity and stupid stuff that are present at school. When I walk in the hallway all I can think of is what a bunch of deepshit. I am not mad because something happened today, I am just tired of the whole high school life.

Anyways I seriously need to get on the college application process. I need to start applying to scholarships which is a painfully long process. Add to that my current mountain of homework and you get a disaster for result. Oh well I have to go, I need to do my homework.

So after two weeks

Ok I am sorry I promised to have a end of the week post for the first week of school, but it looks like I failed to provide. So instead of the end of the first week of school post it will be a end of the second week of school post. I like it better that way anyways, I will have much more to say.

As you may know this is my senior year of high school, and so far it looks very promising. My AP literature class is proving to be what I expected (extremely hard), but my pre-calculus class is kind of supprising me. It is much more challenging than I thought it would be. I mean I still have a hard time comprehending what we did the first week. Everything else is just like I thought it would be. My art class is fun even though I have no talent whatsoever.

I should not have said that everything else is just like I thought it would be. I mean I might be reading more into than it really is, but there is this one girl that is kind of digging me. She is quiet good looking too. Now I am a pretty shy person so don't count on me to start anything you know, but I will try. If on Monday I see signs that she is for real I engage a conversation.

That's pretty much it. Wish me luck, maybe this year I will get a girlfriend. (damn that sounds cheesy)

Art class today

Yeah I know I said that I was going to make a big back to school post at the end of the week, but I feel like I need to talk about this now. So today I went to my fundamental of design class which was full of people that clearly expressed no desire to be in there. Knowing this I was prepare for the usual burst of laughter from the ignorant and insolent. There was however one thing that I was unprepared for and that was a question that one pupil asked. The teacher was showing us a painting of a guy sitting on a chair writing something on a piece of paper. The setting was probably an office or a library. You could clearly see that it was a european painting, just like the picture I posted.

He asked this about the painter "Isn't he Asian or Chinese or something?" Most of the class did not pick it up, but me and a fellow student from last year's French class looked at each over in dismay. I mean seriously first the dumbest thing he said was asking if he was Asian or Chinese when a Chinese person is in fact an Asian. It would like asking if it was an automobile or a car. The second thing is that the teacher stated the name of the painter which was a European name, and even if he did not payed attention he could have been able to determinate that the painter was likely not from Asia and was probably a European.

Driver's license

This is just a little update concerning my driver's license. As you know I failed my first test a couple of weeks ago. Well I went back , this time to a distant DMV (for those who do not know that's where you get your driver's license). This was the first of august I believe. Anyways to make a long story short I passed it and got my license, although I believe I did worse than during my first trial.

A couple of days after getting my license I wrecked the left side of my mom's front bumper. Nothing too serious, she was with me in the car and I was not paying attention while I was turning in a back alley. So I wont be driving by myself any time soon.

By the way I have not forgotten that I had to make a first day of school update, however I have been too lazy to do it. I will scratch that and instend have a first week of school update, it will be for the better since I will have more to say. Also if you are wondering why the pic has nothing to do with the post don't I just bought these so I thought I would post them. Pretty sweet aren't they?

Back to school

So today is the last day of my summer vacations. It feels kind of weird going back to school. I mean seriously after 3 years of the same thing I still wonder what will happen. This year my best friend won't be joining me on the school bench as he is moving on to better and greater things AKA college.

Anyways its no so bad, its not like my freshman and sophomore year when I was really shy and diffident. This time I believe I should be ok, I have made buddies and everything should be fine. I should find a new friend or a group of guys to hang out with so that the year does not end up too lonely. I am not stressing out about it though. This being my senior year I am pretty sure I have seen everything and people acting like assholes is no big deal. Little are the things that can shock me now.

I will be taking 6 courses this year just like all my previous years, however this year I will have an AP course and the majority of the other courses will be mostly for fun. I am taking an art class and a multimedia class to prepare myself for one of my intended majors (graphic design). I will take this journalism course because I am part of the school's news paper staff.

While we are talking about the school's news paper it seems like we are starting on the wrong foot. We did not get many people to buy ads in our paper so the prof is kind of pissed. So that's pretty much it for now. Come back tomorrow I should have a first day to school post.
