Last day of tryouts

Today was the last day for wrestling tryouts. I did not perform as well as I wanted, and my opponent proved to be a beast. As of now I don't really think I will get into the team, and I don't even know if I still want to get in. It is sad that my genes are not what I want them to be, but we can not be all super athletes and I understand that. I am not trying to find an excuse though, just opening my eyes and seeing reality.
Not making the team would give me more time after school, but that is a large price to pay just for that.
Anyways we will see what happens tomorrow when the team rooster is posted.
